Jesus Rodriguez Sanchez was born on April 21, 1941 in Leon, GTO and passed away on December 31, 2020 in Las Vegas, Nevada and is under the care of Palm Northwest Mortuary.

Biography

He was a loved one, a friend, and someone special. To family and friends who knew him best, Jesus will be remembered as a very exceptional person.

Jesus was born in Leon Gto, Mexico to his parents, Isabel and Maria. Jesus grew up in Leon Gto, Mexico until he was 18 when he enlisted in the military for 2 years so he would be able to come to the United States. Jesus was raised with his siblings, Maria De La Luz Perez, Carlos Sanchez, Maria Estella Sanchez, Maria De Los Angeles Mendoza, Maria De Guadalupe Sanchez, Martha Cardenas, Maria Isabel Sanchez, Miguel A Sanchez, Ricardo Sanchez, Joe Sanchez, Rosa Sanchez, David Sanchez, Ruben Sanchez and Roger Sanchez. Jesus was usually involved in all sorts of activities with his siblings. He and his siblings experienced rivalries typical of a growing family, but they shared many life experiences over the years.

As a young boy, Jesus had a number of interests. Like most children, he enjoyed playing and making up games. He was curious about the world around him and was often eager to explore it. Jesus was an active child who took part in soccer. Jesus' memorable achievements included helping his family. However, to Jesus, the most fun to be had was simply playing and spending time with his friends.

On January 12, 1963 Jesus exchanged wedding vows with Constance Frances Noriega at Christo Rey Church in Atwater, CA. Empathic and loyal, Jesus was committed to making his new family happy. Jesus and Constance loved each other for 57 years.

Jesus worked hard to be a good father to his children and he did his best to fulfill their needs. Jesus was blessed with 6 children, Victoria, Aurora, Jesus, Bernardo, Constance and Gloria.

Fortunately, Jesus enjoyed what he did for a living. Showing a strong work ethic, Jesus worked diligently and did his best to succeed in his career. He was employed for 31 years as a metal sheet operator. Jesus always sought to be a team player, doing what was necessary in order to get the job done.

Jesus was in the Military in Tijuana for 2 years prior to coming to the US. Through his hard work, he achieved the rank of private. His fellow soldiers viewed him as a brother in arms and knew that he was as much a part of their family as their loved ones back home.

Jesus enjoyed his leisure time by taking part in various hobbies. His favorite pursuit was woodworking. He was content to enjoy his favorite pastimes alone but was also willing to share his interests with others.

Jesus found pleasure in sports. Recreational sports included soccer. Jesus was also something of a sports fan and enjoyed following his favorite events whenever he had the chance to do so. Tops on his list were soccer, tennis, golf and football.

Jesus’s faith was important to him. He was a member of Devine Savior for 25 years.

Jesus enjoyed family trips to the mountains, lakes, parks and going fishing.

When Jesus’s retirement finally arrived in 2002, he was well prepared. His new life involved relocating to Los Angeles, CA then he moved to Las Vegas, NV in 2004. In retirement, he found new pleasure in working / building things with wood. Even in retirement, Jesus continued to stay in touch with his old friends while making plenty of new acquaintances. Jesus was active in his new community and felt fulfilled with the opportunities retirement offered him.

Jesus is survived by his wife, Constance Frances Sanchez; his children Victoria Fogle, Aurora Sanchez, Jesus Sanchez Jr, Bernardo Sanchez, Constance Sanchez Zaragoza and Gloria Sanchez; his grandchildren, Richelle Zaragoza, Richard Chavez, Gabriel Salazar, Jesus Sanchez III, Fernando Avila, Jasmine Sanchez, Anthony Chavez, Kristopher Jung, Sara Burton, Alyssa Renteria, Dominic Sanchez, Nikkolas Sanchez, Samantha Hinojosa, David Falcon Sanchez, Corina Sanchez, Elizabeth Urias, Frances Jacome, Stephanie Robinson, Victor Sanchez, Jennifer Avila, Bethany Fogle, Joshua Zaragoza II, Alexander Zaragoza; his great grandchildren, Sabrina Franco, Alyssa Garcia, Danzig Franco, Richard Chavez, Sadie Chavez, Aniya Torres, Izabella Burton, Devyn Sanchez, Audrey Sanchez, Owen Burton, Adrian Sanchez, Aadrian Falcon Sanchez, Aydin Sanchez, Annabella Chavez, Natalie Lopez, Serene Ford, Jadyn Sanchez, Amira Zaragoza, Marcus Sanchez, Natalie Sanchez, Tanya Lopez, Lily Salazar, Kaleb Falcon, Layla Jacome, Samuel Hinojosa, Ethan Sanchez, Ramon Sanchez, Aleena Sanchez, Alexis Chavez, Melody Sanchez, Novah Robinson, Damon Zaragoza, Nazareth Robinson, Mateo Jacome, Arianny Chavez, and Ryan Falcon and his siblings, Maria De La Luz Perez, Maria Estella Sanchez, Maria De Los Angeles Mendoza, Maria De Guadalupe Sanchez, Martha Cardenas, Chavela Sanchez, Miguel A Sanchez, Joe Sanchez, Ruben Sanchez and Roger Sanchez.

Simply stated, Jesus was a good and kind person, an individual who will for all time be remembered by his family and friends as being a caring and giving person, someone who was a vital part of their lives. Jesus leaves behind him a legacy of life-long friendships and many cherished memories.
