The Lambries and Mullins kids grew up together in Manitowoc during the '60s where they lived around the corner from each other near north 12th and New York Ave . Billy was a clean kid who was a lot of fun...we played games, rode bikes, played kickball in the street and ducked behind leaf piles as dusk fell ..jumping up to 'shoot' the bad guys driving by. So sad to hear of his passing so young. What a wonderful career he'd built for himself, and his family must be so very proud which will hopefully ease the pain of saying goodbye.

Bill is one of the finest people I know. A great military man with a special knack for being a senior military manager who expertly tended that fine line between boss and caring friend for everyone in his charge. He is my nephew but even better than that, my friend. My heart is broken. I already miss our frequent calls and texts, always laced with friendly family banter.

My deepest condolences to Bill's wife and children. From one military retiree to another, thank you for your service to our country my brother. We grew up together and had lots of good times. I can still see Bud hollering at us for something. Be at peace and know I for one am proud of you Bill. God speed and know that you will never be forgotten.......
