Martha was a true jewel, she had the patience of a saint. I was at their home a lot on the weekends in my younger days. She would always make me feel welcome and she would always find a way to tolerate the mischievousness of Chris and myself. Like the time she had gotten a new microwave oven. This was when microwaves first came out. Chris and I would catch bugs and cook them in her new microwave just to see what would happened, she never got upset she only asked us not to do that anymore. I know Heaven received a beautiful gift and a wonderful asset when Martha came through the gates. Martha was a good and positive influence in my life . I will always have good thoughts about her.

Never have I met a lady nicer than Martha. She and her family were a great part of my life in the 40 years they lived in Minor. A great friend. May God bless her family...
