Aunt Jean was one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Unfortunately, I don't have many memories with her, but what I do have I remember so well. She stayed with us just before her move to South Carolina. I can still picture us sitting at the kitchen table playing Monopoly. She had such a great sense of humor. I don't know how much Dave and Michelle remember, but it was such a fun night. I was always impressed by her. Her commitment to her faith; her unselfishness; her ability to make everyone around her feel comfortable. No sermons, no judgement. Just acceptance and love. What a wonderful person God gave us. Enjoy your much-earned place by our Lord and Savior. Love, Janet Deskins (Dave)

Jean was a dedicated Christian and an asset to Bethel Lutheran Church and the community.
My love and prayers go to her biological family and to Margaret & Joe Zeigler who became her adopted family.
I care! Peace and God Bless,
Rosmarie Wessinger, Member of Bethel Lutheran Church
