LEXINGTON – A Celebration of Life service for Victoria A. Corbett, 60, will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Big Red Barn Retreat, 8024 Winnsboro Road, Blythewood, SC 29016. A medical bill fund is available for donations.
Mrs. Corbett was born January 10, 1959 in Hastings, PA, and passed away on Sunday, January 20, 2019. She was the daughter of Mary and Joseph Nagle. Mrs. Corbett attended Cambria Heights High School in PA, Chris Logan Career College, the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy and completed her Master’s in Psychology. She was an accomplished hair stylist, and her passion was in massage therapy. She truly enjoyed using her skill with clients, especially veterans. She also enjoyed crafting, making beautiful flower arrangements, bird watching, gardening, cooking, shopping and riding with her husband on his motorcycle.
Her employment included Unit Manager at Waffle House, White Knoll Family Wellness, Urban Nirvana Salon, Perfect Fit, and she was self-employed as well. She was an asset to the Carolina Chrome Crew and was the official Carolina Chrome Cheerleader. She was voted Free Times Massage Therapist of the Year in 2014.
She and her husband, Bobby, were married on October 3, 2014 and again on April 1, 2017.
Mrs. Corbett is survived by her husband; daughters, Tina Marie Heape, Teresa Lynn Dzurino (George), Michelle (Nick); son, Jason Corbett (Amanda); grandchildren, Sophia Channing, Andrew Patrick, Austin Tyler, Skylar Marie, Kristara Grace Young, Zack, Lilly, Hope, Elise and Kayleigh.
