Clara E. Ratcliffe Kendall Bolin

Clara E. Ratcliffe Kendall Bolin was born January 11, 1933 in Houston, Texas to Charles W. and Catherine E. (Payne) Kunkel. She graduated from Glennon High School in Kansas City, Missouri. Clara worked for Commerce Bank in Kansas City, Missouri for eleven years. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Liberty, Missouri as well as the Quilter's Guild.

Clara attended Maple Woods Community College where she took a class to become a clown and was known as Noodles the Clown. She also enjoyed wood crafting in her free time.

Clara was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert J. Ratcliffe; a brother, William Kunkel; her son, Jack Ratcliffe; second husband, George Kendall and third husband, Floyd Bolin and step daughter-in-law, Susan Kendall.

She is survived by daughter, Carolyn M. Mabrey and wife, Kelly J. Edmunds; step-son, Jeff Bolin; daughter-in-law, Cindy Ratcliffe, step-son, Jim Kendall; step daughter, Pam (Mark) Frasier; grandchildren, Brad (Jolene) Hennon, Jon (Mandy) Ratcliffe, Lisa (Toni) Mabrey, Scott Mabrey and Andrew (Jessica) Mabrey and eleven great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held Monday, June 25th from 10:00-11:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, 309 S. Stewart Road, Liberty, Missouri. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Kansas City, Missouri.
