Katherine Marie Chamblin

Katherine Marie Chamblin, age 84, of Liberty, Missouri passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 25, 2018. Katherine was born in Columbia, Missouri on February 15, 1934 to parents, Connie Grave and Brooksie Lenimay Wyatt. After her graduation of college, Katherine worked as a nurse and caregiver. Katherine's family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff at NorthCare Hospice House for their compassion during this difficult time. Katherine is preceded in death by her husband, William Kenneth Chamblin; and one son, Mark Chamblin. She is survived by one daughter, Betty K. Doughty; five grandchildren, Carol Michelle Bright, Stacy Marie Minnick, Sarah Louise Mackey, Michael Patrick Barlow, and Brandy Ann Christ; 21 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. A Funeral Service will be conducted in Katherine's honor at 10:00 am on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Church-Archer-Pasley Funeral Home, 119 East Franklin Street, Liberty, Missouri 64068. Burial will follow in Glenridge Cemetery. Calling hours will be held from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm Friday, August 3, 2018 at the funeral home.
