Beverly Kaul 1943-2019

Beverly Kaul died peacefully at her home in Lincoln, CA on Friday, November 1 at the age of 76. Bev is survived by her husband of 57 years, Chuck, Daughters Janet Kaul (Chris) and Joanie Underwood (Alan), Sister Mary Russell (Jerry) and Brother Steve Murray and so many loved nieces and nephews. Bev was born in Seattle and lived her first six years in Minnesota and then happily left the snow and settled in her beloved sunny San Francisco Bay Area. She married Chuck in Redwood City in 1961 and they welcomed Janet in 1962 and Joanie in 1965. Her family meant the world to her and she never tired of telling stories of her girls or her cats and having Sunday afternoon barbecues. She was a loving mother, a devoted wife, and a fun-loving, giving sister and friend. Her cats, travel and the SF Giants all brought her a very special joy. She was a shining light to all who knew her and filled her relationships with laughter and love. A memorial service is scheduled at Shepherd of the Sierra in Loomis on Friday, November 8 at 12:00pm and an interment service will be graveside at Alta Mesa in Palo Alto on Monday, November 11 at 10:00am. In Lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Alzheimer’s Association or Best Friends Animal Rescue. Beverly Kaul 1943-2019
