So very sorry for everyone's loss. Uncle Rich was always such a nice and stand up guy. He will be truly missed and will forever live on in all of our memories.

Our condolences to the family. Rich was a great guy, terrific agent, and a hard worker. Cheryl and I both worked with Rich when we were all new to the job. Rich, Steve Barton, Dick Bird, and others were responsible for developing and delivering the premiere firearms training program in the country, the best of the best. That goes for the training as well as the bonds developed and experiences shared. Rest in peace, Rich.

I was in charge of Rich's training during his first year as a special agent. He came on the job with great dedication and common sense. He trained himself. Wish I was as golf trainable in retirement at River Bend. In case you didn't know, there was a water fountain in our training group responsible for twins- three sets at the time.
I am truly honored to have known Rich- a great guy and friend.
Deepest sympathy to his family.

Dear Barb,
My dearest condolences on the passing of Rich. Rich and I attended the Speakers Cadre, in St Louis for several weeks. We subsequently became Cadre Instructors at FLETC. We enjoyed one another's company and shared the same interest in finding unusual places to dine in Brunswick, Georgia. Rich is my prayers, and he most likely is scouring his new neighborhoods for good eats. God Bless Rich.

Best wishes with love on your loss

I worked with Rich for many years and I learned much, life and the job. May the Lord be with you and hold you close to his Sacred Heart. Rich, clear and holster an empty weapon, make the line safe. Fraternily yours. Dick

Rich or Ricky, as I always called him, was a friend to me since my family moved to Riverdale in the ‘60’s. He was a good friend of my brothers’throughout my brothers’ life. We used to sit on my front porch and talk and talk for hours. Rick was always fun to be with.
He was kind, loyal, considerate, generous and trustworthy. I always felt safe with him around.
I’m sure he will be missed by all those who knew him. May God bless his family and return him to eternal life in heaven.

Yes Rich was a good friend and a great Special Agent. He was a great instructor (firearms and Undercover). I often think back to the times that Rich, Vic Bell and Dick Bird instilled in me some life saving lessons while on the line and in class that I will never forget.
