What my Daddy Taught Me:

To work hard and never give up
To be independent
To love chocolate covered cherries
That all work and no play was no way to live
To grow tomatoes (big ones!)
To love fried okra
To get up early. Morning is the best time of the day
And to love my family no matter what

Love you Daddy! Save me a seat, cause I'll see you again!

Missy and Ernie; your dad was one of the great men around. He was a hard and fair boss who taught me lots. I remember when he took the memory seminar and was getting all of us at the office to randomly pick page numbers out of magazines, so that he could recite all the articles and stories on that page. He will be missed, even though i haven't seen him since his move. You all are in my prayers
