He was born to Ernest and Glenna Santure on May 31, 1934 in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
After serving in the U.S. Army, during the Korean War, he worked at Michigan Bell for 35 years until he retired.
Gary was married to Peggy (Wessel) in 1960 for 63 years, who survives him.
He is also survived by son, Michael (wife Samantha), daughter, Michele (husband Bret), son Bryan,
son Andrew (wife Veronica) his sister, Sharron, as well as a host of grandchildren, nieces and
nephews.
Gary is predeceased by parents Ernest and Glenna, sister Nancy, brother, Alan and sister, Donna (Rutledge).
A memorial mass for Gary will be held Friday, January 19, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Our Lady Star of the Sea
