Melvia V. Hairston, 86, of Little Rock passed away on December 29.2020. She is preceded in death by her father and mother Clarence and Hattie Williams,brother Thomas Williams. She is survived by two sons Richard Hairston (Cassanda) and Fred Hairston, five daughters, Deborah Hairston, Pamela Hairston, Patricia Hairston, Wanda Hairston, and Phyllis Hairston. one brother Harold Williams and five sisters Queen Tippitt, Willie Hall, Edwina Givens, Jacqueline Harris and Betty Jackson(Kenneth),13 grandchildren, and 30 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Melvia was a devout Jehovah's Witness and dedicated her life in 1964. A memorial service will be presented by the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness Saturday January 2, 2021 at 1:00 pm.
