One of the hardest things I ever had to do was to put you at rest. You gave so much and meant the world to so many people. All of them were considered family. I know you are at peace now with no pain and with your hand in Jesus' in heaven. I miss you. Being with you in your final days gave me the strength to carry on and also knowing I will see you again in the house of our Lord. So this is not goodbye but see you later.

My dear Mommy,

I will always love you and miss you terribly. I know you were ready to go home to be with your siblings and the Lord. Your pain and suffering is finally over. Please meet me at the gates of heaven as we talked about. Until then I will think of you each day and love you more and more with each passing day.
Your daughter,
