Carol is survived by children Charles Cruz, Cherie Cruz, and Danielle Weston; grandchildren Brent Hauser, Alissa Hauser, Spencer Weston, Parker Weston, and Palmer Weston.
Carol was preceded in death by daughter Shelly Marie Cruz; parents Henry Orley and Florence Ripley.
She had a love of gardening, cooking, entertaining and swimming in her backyard oasis. Those that know her would say that she would put Bronner's to shame at Christmas time. Carol most of all loved being a grandma to her totally awesome grandchildren.
A visitation for Carol will be held Sunday, January 26, 2020 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Harry J Will Funeral Homes, 37000 W. Six Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan 48152. An in state will occur Monday, January 27, 2020 at 9:30 AM at St Colette Catholic Church, 17600 Newburgh Rd, Livonia, Michigan 48152 with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM.
