It is with sadness to hear of my grandmother's passing.

She is always a big part of my life and also loved her Great Grandson, Nathan too.

To my Mom, and all my Aunts and Uncles, thank you for taking such great care of your mom.

To my Nannie with Love Always, Frankie

A great angel gained her wings on Sept. 2nd, when she joined the rest of my angels, that watch over and surround my family. Blessed to have been able to call you my great grandmother, proud that you graced the earth with your presence and wit for 91 years, sad that you are no longer with us, and at peace knowing your keeping my little cousin, your great grandson(and many others) company.
Your family was large, many hearts are missing you tonight, and there were many miles between us but that didn’t stop you from asking about us during your phone calls with nan Bernice Burton Rice. You always sent cards for every Christmas and every birthday, even thought sometimes it was the same card as last year, it must be nearly impossible to keep track with so many grandkids and great grandkids. One last thing, because of you, Apollo had the opportunity of being born into a family as the 5th generation. We will make sure your smiling face is included with a picture of us all.
Much love.

To Gloria and all my brothers and sisters,
We have been greatly saddened by moms passing. It is with a very heavy heart that we sadly will not be able to make it there. Mom will continue to be remembered and live in all our hearts here in Newfoundland. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren have been sharing many memories over the pass couple days that they can recalled about nana. These stories bring tears to our eyes, along with smiles to our hearts because it reminds us of the loving individual mom was. She was full of wit and adventure, and made sure to always check in on everyone. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you all in the coming days and weeks ahead.
Love Bernice, Roy and family.

My deepest condolences to the family. As you say " Goodbye" to your precious mother, I am saying goodbye to a dear, precious long time friend. Trusting we will meet again in a far better place. Praying for each and every member of her family. God Bless you as you go through these trying times. May you find strength in Him.

Nellie and I wish to express our sincere sympathy on the passing of your Mom. I have many memories of her as I spent time at your house during the pioneer days in Labrador City. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
