Carole J. McCormick

A loving wife, mother, sister and friend, Carole loved spending time with family and friends. She loved country music as well as painting and quilting. She was loved dearly and will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.

Carole was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Mac McCormick, as well as by her parents, Joseph and Margaret West.

Carole is survived by daughters and sons in laws, Janet and Clifford Fincher, Linda and James Gafford, and Judy and Tim Harris. She is survived by six grandchildren: Christopher Fincher, Kevin Fincher, Laura Gafford, Erin and Dylan Harris and Maddilyn Samson; many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; brothers and sisters: Mary Lou Ekstrom, Mildred Montgomery, Joe West, and George West as well as a number of nieces, nephews extended family members and friends.

We will gather to celebrate her life for a time of visitation at Lakeview Funeral Home, 5000 West Harrison Road, Longview, TX on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 from 6-8 PM, with A Service Celebrating Her Life at 11 AM, Wednesday, October 24, 2018, at the Chapel of Lakeview Funeral Home.
