Anita was born in Gee, Kentucky on October 2nd, 1932.
She was the youngest sister to, Bernie and Robert Brumley.
Anita graduated from "Fern Creek High" in 1950 and shortly thereafter moved to California and married her beloved sailor, Kenneth E. Mitchell in Long Beach,CA.
She was an active member of her community and volunteered numerously.
She was also a vital member in her local SDA church where she was the pianists and also directed programs and events.
She had two lovely daughters, Linda and Laura Mitchell.
Four grandchildren, Daniel, Matthew, Amy and Katelyn.
Three great grandchildren, Raeli, Dylan and Obren.
