I was fortunate enough to hire Debbi as a collections rep for Republic Bank. She was a great associate and had a library of knowledge. We also were friends and shared a ton of laughs. Very sorry for the deep loss for her family.

To The Family,

To my children, she was known as Egyptian Granny. To me, she was simply Debbie K, the best dip and salad maker in the world. Our family will miss Debbie K's laugh, smile, and sense of humor. We thank you for sharing her. We wish you strength and peace during this difficult time.

It was hard for me to believe this wonderful, thoughtful person had passed away. We worked together in the beginning of my collection career in 1978, then reunited 2011 at KHESLC.
She was happy to retire and begin a new chapter, and, maybe to get a little dog, if Sassy would approve!
Debbie, thank you for all your kindness, your straightforwardness, and your zest for life!
May you rest in peace young lady.

Debbie K I'm at a loss for words but always will remember all the good laughs we had and how you would surprise me with my chicken livers with onions and scrambled eggs with cheese. Rest easy no more pain. Love you my sister from another mother another color. Deb.

Debbie it breaks my heart to hear of this news, but I rejoice in knowing spiritually what you believed and to whom you know you belonged. I'll never forget all of the wonderful things you put together to celebrate my birthdays at work. You always made me feel so special in those moments. You're giving nature and tough resolve was an inspiration for me. I remember sitting next to you and just laughing listening to your jokes and "tell it like it is" humor. Well you're in a better place now, but you'll never be forgotten by the ones you've left behind. P.S. I'll stay away from the down wind when it blows! LOL. RIH Debbie.

Love,
Ashley (AKA Lee, Lee)

Growing up Debbie was my 2nd mom. She always treated me as one of her own. I'll never forget the ghost stories in her back yard or basement. Still to this day I tell the story of her ghost lol. The food she cooked was amazing and still to this day I can not find potatoes to match hers. Reast easy now & tell Deanna hi.
Love Am
