Donna Leadford, 55, of Louisville passed February 20, 2020. She was a Business Analyst for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Ruby Leadford.

Left to cherish Donna's memory are her children, Josh Leadford (Erin), Abby Maness; father, Elden Leadford; brother, Elden Leadford, Jr.; grandchildren, Kayden, Taylor, Joshua, Wyatt, and Ruby.

The Funeral Service will be Monday, February 24, 2020 at 4:00pm at Evergreen Funeral Home with visitation Monday from 11:00am until time of service at the funeral home.
