Mark E. Follman, 63, of Louisville, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2019.

He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Folman; nephews, Josh White and Jason Follman.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Tony (Traci) Follman and Mary (Will) Follman; grandchildren, Tatianna, Kyle, Ayanna, and Xavier; mother, Marcella Follman; brothers, John Follman and Joe Follman; sister, Theresa Follman; and many other loving family members and friends.

The visitation will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2019 from 12:00pm-4:00pm at Evergreen Funeral Home.

Memorial donations in Mark's name can be made to American Cancer Society.
