I met Stan 24 yrs ago. He came into the shop where I worked and I cut his hair. He sent his Wife Connie and Daughter Ashley in soon after. I fast came to love this family as if they were mine. Good people. The best. When I went thru a divorce my tips got bigger. That’s how they are. GOOD PEOPLE.
I will miss Stan terribly.

I worked at Porter Paint while a co-op student at U of L, 1988 to 1992. Stan was my first plant manager and was a great mentor. He taught me the value of integrity and honest hard work. There was always a laugh and a smile in the hall outside of his office. I will always cherish my time at Porter. Stan was a great man
