When our son Ryan was a young teenager, I would speak to Bill on the phone and he would request that he speak with Ryan and tell me to say "the sheriff needed to speak with him". I'm not sure what the "sheriff" said but I expect it had something to do with girls. The "sheriff had an positive impact on many a young person. But now, the sheriff has hung up his badge and turned out the lights. We will miss you Bill,
Bruce, Chris and Ryan

Words can not describe what a great man William Nilsson was to me. Bill was not only my 1st real boss in the US Air Force, he was also my friend. After coming to work for Bill, he and Mary Ann always treated me like one of their own sons. My wife and I were truly blessed as we were finally able to come and visit back in March. Bill you will be surely missed by everyone who knew you, especially me. Enjoy your eternal rest.

Love,
Scott & Diane Miller
