On sept 17th, our loving mother, Roxanne Benabides, lost her long battle with cancer.
She is survived by her children, Tiffany and Rob Martin, Tiana and Tyler Hughes and Armando Benabides, her mother Naomi Ackerlund, her stepfather Wayne, her sister Shirley and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Roxanne loved being a grandmother to her two granddaughters Bailey and Paige, her grandson Zayne, and her four legged grand kids, Beni, Bud, Beaker and Kevin.
She was a loving and devoted wife to her late husband, Romaldo Benabides, for over thirty years. Family was always her first priority.
Roxanne loved talking with others and made friends wherever she went. She had a great smile and a big heart. Always giving of herself and of her time.
She will be remembered by all those who knew her as a wonderful mother, a devoted grandmother, a loving daughter, a kind sister and a best friend.
