A Celebration of His Life will be held Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Snow's Memorial Chapel, 3077 Pio Nono Ave, Macon, Georgia 31206. There will be a visitation immediately following the service.
Mr. Joiner was retired from the Macon Police Department as a fatality investigator. He was a member of New Elim Baptist Church and a former member of the Fraternal Order of Police. Mr. Joiner served in the United States Navy.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Rosemary Joiner; daughter, Becky Craig; brother, Herbert (Betty) Joiner; grandchildren, Logan (Travis) Jackson, Taylor Craig, Haley Craig; and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Joiner was preceded in death by his son, Joey Joiner; four brothers; and one sister.
