Rosemary, I am so sorry to hear about E L. I endearingly called him Papa Bear. He was such a kind and smart man. He gave me so much advice, encouragement just when I needed it. I'm so glad we kept in touch for as long as we did. I learned alot from him and am so glad he came to the farmers market to "babysit".

Good evening Rosemary, so sport for your loss. This man was one of the smartest people in my 45 years of life that I had the privilege of coming to know. He taught me everything I know about accident reconstruction. He isin my opinion the best there will ever be. I have so much to say and it’s very unfortunate that I will be away this coming weekend. I will forever cheris the knowledge he passed on and compassion he shared for answering questions for those that sometime never feel they got an answer. I love this man and I’m sure gonna miss him in my heart. Rest In Peace my friend and I will see you on the other side. God bless this family and I love you all!

Rosemary, I am so sorry to learn of your loss. E. L.'s actions and ways were so much like my fathers. I enjoyed hearing all his stories while working with him at the Farmer's Market. He was funny and stubborn all at the same time. I miss those days tremendously. E. L. was loved by many and will be missed by even more. Marcia Brown. RIP my friend.

What fun times we had working at the police academy together. We all had such fun scaring you with the canine units you were so afraid of them. We had many good laughs and good times with that wonderful group that we all worked with for so long you will never be forgotten E L. You were such a special friend
