Jim, my heart is hurting for your loss of the love of your life. I have so many wonderful, fun memories of our morning walks at the mall. We shared so much that I felt a kinship with you and Frances. I was going to call you but could not find your phone number. I want to know how you are doing. Since we don’t take the paper anymore I was late finding out. But Hunter knew of our closeness so he let me know. I know that you have lots of support from your church and friends but I also know that you have some health problems yourself. So take care of yourself and know my prayers and love are with you. Big hug. Joan Godsey

Mrs. Frances has always been so sweet to our family. She enjoyed the children of the church so much and would always tell Vanessa how pretty she looked or how good she did singing in the choir. She will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with Jim and the family. We are here if there is anything you need.

Hello Jim. I am so sorry for the loss of your wife. It has been one year since the passing of my wife. It has been so hard. I wish I could help you but only God can do that and I know that you have a close relationship with him. It took me two months before I could get on my knees, that is how bad it hurts. I wish you well my friend. Tommy Epps

Mrs. Frances was such a caring soul & always had a kind word & greeting for everyone. She & Mr. Jim have been a loving presence at Vineville since my (now grown) boys were babies. It doesn’t seem possible that she’s gone. She will be missed by so many. Our hearts go out to Mr. Jim and we will be keeping him in our prayers.

Jim, I'm so sorry about Frances. She was such a good friend to me for many years----she hired me for Bibb County, then a few years later we became co-workers and carpooled together, then she gave me a bridal shower...and she loved my children. I'll miss her. Many prayers for you and the rest of the family.
