A Celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. The family will greet friends from 10:00 a.m. to service time. Burial will be at Ebenezer United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. John Irwin officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Methodist Children’s Home, 304 Pierce Ave., Macon GA 31204.
Gloria was born in Macon, Georgia to the late Paul and Flora Israel Pyles. She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty five years, John Lee Hadaway. Gloria was a former member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church and Ebenezer United Methodist Church and she was very active in the United Methodist Women. She was a lab technician for several years until she became a full time homemaker.
She is survived by her sons, Lee (Angela) Hadaway of CO, Joel (Brandy Ann) Hadaway of Lizella, grandchildren, Rachel, Zach, Sarah, David, Kinsley and Jay Lee.
