Randall Wayne Moore

Randall Wayne Moore, 63, of Charlottesville passed away Sunday, May 6, 2018, at the University of Virginia Medical Center. Born May 14, 1954, in Lynchburg, he was the son of Evelyn Hylton Moore and the late Jewett Emmett Moore.

Randall was a retired, self-employed master carpenter and a he served our country in the U.S. Army.

In addition to his mother, Randall is survived by four children, Margie Mendez of Houston, TX, Sarah Gomez (Victor) of Staunton, Jamie Moore (Bulmaro Mondragon) of New Canton and Colton Moore (Kristen) of Charlottesville; his wife, Lynneta Moore of Charlottesville; four brothers, Jerry Lynn Moore (Brenda) of Amherst, Michael Dean Moore (Diane) of Altavista, Jeffrey Layne Moore (Teresa) of Arrington and Steven Kent Moore of Madison Heights; ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be conducted 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 9, 2018, at Whitten Monelison Chapel with Dr. David Cash officiating. Interment will follow at Amherst Cemetery.

The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m., Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at Whitten Monelison Chapel.
