Bertram is survived by; daughter Cindy Salem; daughter Pamela Lopes; daughter Cheryl Bernstein; daughter Andrea Graves; and daughter Ellen Baymihr; grandchildren ten grandchildren and . great grandfather.
Bertram was preceded in death by his wife: Joan Neckin (June, 2011).
A funeral service for Bertram will be held Friday, December 13, 2019 9:00 AM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, NJ 07726.
A burial will occur Friday, December 13, 2019 at 10:30 AM at United Hebrew Cemetery, Arthur Kill Road, Staten Island, New York.
