Jack Boshak of Old Bridge, NJ passed away at the age of 77 on January 13, 2021 at Old Bridge-Raritan Bay Medical Center. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he lived in Old Bridge for over 50 years. Jack graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Rider University and practiced as a CPA for over 45 years.

Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Rochelle Boshak, daughters Toby Boshak and her husband, Paul Eisenberg, Heather Boshak and her husband, Paul Kotlewski, Leah Babitz and her husband Scott Babitz, and Danna Boshak as well as his grandchildren: Libby, Sadye, Jocelyn, Maya, Liam, Eli, and Felix. Jack was predeceased by another grandchild, Simon.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Cedar Park Cemetery, 735 Forest Avenue, Paramus, NJ.

The family will be sitting Shiva on Thursday through Sunday via Zoom.
