Irwin “Tex” Miller, 84, of Lakewood, NJ, passed away on Thursday May 10, 2018, surrounded by his family. Born in the Bronx, NY, Tex lived most of his life in Marlboro, NJ, where he owned The Wall Doctor, a paper hanging and painting contracting business. He was a true Yankee’s fan and a lifelong Harley Davidson owner, getting his first bike at the age of 16. Tex really enjoyed having meals at diners, Chinese restaurants and deli’s whenever he had the time. He was in a constant battle of the Rolling Stones or the Beatles, with the Beatles often winning. Tex was a movie buff, a reluctant musician and a lifelong lover of Jamaican vacations.
Tex was predeceased by his parents, Samuel and Pearl Miller, his ex-wife Joan Miller and life partner Bev Borah. He is survived by his sons Gregg Miller and Michael S. Miller and his wife Beverly R., his daughter Robin Miller, and her son Dylan Miller, his sister Frances Taffel and her deceased husband, Irving Taffel
