Patrick Norem Fernyak passed away on December 25, 2024 at the Raintree in Mansfield, Ohio. He was born on July 28, 1970 in Mansfield, Ohio to John and Katherine Fernyak. He was baptized at the First Congregational Church and later attended the multiple handicapped classes in Mansfield as well as Newhope School. He had resided at the Raintree since December 1981.
He is survived by his parents, his sisters, Dr. Susan Fernyak (Jim Dudley) and Dr. Stephanie Fernyak; his brother, Carl Fernyak (Annamarie); his niece, Cade Castaneda; and his nephew, Thomas Fernyak.
The family wishes to thank Ohio Health Hospice for their help and concern. They can never adequately express their love and gratitude to the nurses, caregivers, and other employees at the Raintree for their loving care of Patrick for so many years.
There will be a private internment of ashes at the First Congregational Church and a later Celebration of Life at Raintree.
