Bettie M. Tuggle, 86, of Marengo passed away November 9, 2019. She was born May 26, 1933 to William and Margaret Deacon. Bettie was an avid crafter. She would often see a craft and be able to make it just by looking at it. She is survived by her children, Susan (David) Grens, Donna Peterson, Carol Barlow, Frederick (Charol) Tuggle, and Patrick (Naomi) Tuggle; her grandchildren, Genine, Tamara, Elise, Anna, Eva, and Sara; and her great-grandchildren, Skylar, Haley, Owen, Eliana, Keegan, Iverlynn, Madalena, Francesca; and her sister, Patricia Hopkins. She was preceded in death by her son, Marvin Tuggle; and her former husband, Marvin Tuggle. There will be a visitation from 4-8pm on Thursday, November 14 at Marengo-Union Funeral Home, 505 E.
