Flossie worked with my mama (Jean Holstrom) at the sewing factory when it was in Osage City and in Burlingame. I remember her very well. As much as she loved bowling, I bet she was ECSTATIC when they made the shirts for King Louie Bowling! My mama (and ME) were happy when they made Panhandle Slim Western Wear! I didn't realize she was in Illinois, but I've wondered from time to time what had happened to her. My mama passed in 2002. Hope they can re-connect at the sewing machines in Heaven!! :-)

Flossie was one of the most wonderful ladies I have ever met. She always had a positive outlook on everything. Always smiling and very social too. I loved being with her at the church Christmas tea. She was at my 80th birthday party 2 weeks ago with the rest of the family. So glad she was. I loved her, as did everyone else. May she rest in peace . Love, Jan Carr
