Harold Bagley

Mr. Harold Bagley, age 87 of Canton, passed away Saturday, October 8, 2011. Mr. Bagley was a devout Christian who was a member of Waleska UMC for over 15 years. He also worked as a Volunteer for MUST Ministries. Mr. Bagley will be remembered as a loving husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather and great-grandfather and will be deeply missed.

Mr. Bagley was preceded in death by his beloved wife Ruth Bagley and his siblings Hollis Bagley, Herbert Bagley, Hubert Bagley, Hazel Elder, Helen Elder and Winona Laney. He is survived by his sons Ken Bagley and wife Jill of Marietta, Alan Bagley and wife Norma of Coral Springs, FL; daughters Karen B. Pourzal and husband Nick of St. Thomas US Virgin Islands, Susan Gall and husband John of Acworth; grandsons Joshua Bagley, Scott Bagley, Peyton Gall and Carter Gall and great-granddaughter Bailee Bagley.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at 11:00 am at the chapel of Georgia Memorial Park with Pastor Sam Hamby officiating. The family will receive friends from 4-8pm on Monday, October 10, 2011 at the funeral home.

I enjoyed talking with Uncle Harold numerous times in the last few years. He and my Dad, his half brother Richard Bagley, looked so much alike as they aged. My thoughts and prayers are with you even though I cannot be there.
