On Tuesday December 12th 2017 Patricia Camardelle entered the gates of Heaven for her final journey. Since retiring from the Phone Co. mom has enjoyed lots of travels. From the U.S. to overseas, mom loved it all. She traveled with family and very close friends. When she wanted to go on a trip she would start making plans and calls to see which travel companions would be joining her. All of her life journeys were based on special excursions to include, but not limited to the food, culture, nature and the weather. All of mom’s family and friends that traveled with her always had the best of times; or made it the best of times. Remember Patricia as a person that took life by the flight of her pants, and enjoyed every moment that she could. As her journey comes to an end, she will not want ours to end. So on mom’s last wish - live life to the fullest. Patricia is preceded in death by her husband Lyle Camardelle, her mother and father; Edward and Stella (Munch) Labiche, her brother Gerald Labiche, and her son Kevin Camardelle. She is survived by her two children, Jay (Hazel) and Jamie Camardelle, her sisters; Brenda Brown (Labiche), and Dolores Rachel (Labiche), three beautiful granddaughters; Anna, Jenifer, and Shelly, as well as numerous great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews. Services will be held at Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home located at 5101 Westbank Expressway in Marrero, Louisiana. Visitation will be on Monday, December 18th 2017 from 5:00pm-9:00pm, and a funeral service will be held Tuesday, December 19th 2017 at 9:00am. Graveside service to follow at Our Lady Of Prompt Succor Cemetery in Westwego, Louisiana.
