Emanuel "Rooster" Horner

Emanuel "Rooster" Horner, 46 of Hedgesville, passed away February 27, 2018. Born May 5, 1971 in Martinsburg, he was the son of Paul and Eunice Horner. Rooster served in the United States Army for four years and was honorably discharged in Ft. Bragg, NC. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Bryan Horner; and his sisters: Pam Minguinni, Charlotte Leanard, and Cheryl Lynn Myers. He was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Jack Minguinni; and two nephews: Rocky Schell and Nathan Minguinni. Friends will be received on March 2, 2018 from 7-9pm at Snyders Bible Chapel. Funeral services will be held on March 3, 2018 at the church.

Hey it's Travis im sad to announce i haven't seen Emanuel in a long time last time i saw him i was working part time at advanced auto after college in 2011 i remember him as a great friend and fire fighter i remember that 66 charger rev it up on the way to heaven

We was family for years I remember when I gave u a card for xmas an it asked can I call u dad u said yes, thank you for being my step dad an then a great friend I love you an will miss seeing u an getting a big hug u always asked if my daughter N I was ok if we needed anything I'll never forget u.
