Anthony Carlton Peavy

Mr. Anthony Carlton Peavy, age 52 of Locust Grove, Georgia passed away June 13, 2019. He was born in Hawkinsville, Georgia to Barbara Foster Peavy and the late James Carlton Peavy, Jr. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Georgia College in Milledgeville. He enjoyed reading, music and movies. Survivors include his mother, Barbara Peavy of Locust Grove; daughter, Ansley Peavy of Hawkinsville; siblings, Pam (Vince) Caraway of Fayetteville, Tim (Paige) Peavy of Ellaville and Tracie Brown of Bonaire; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 15, 2019 - 11:00 AM in the Haisten Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Teresa Lilja will officiate. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church Cemetery. Friends may visit the family Saturday one hour prior to the service.
