Cindy was born April 10, 1960, in Minneapolis, MN to the late Richard (Sr.) and Mary (Mosher) Tallman.
Cindy was a devoted wife to John, a mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend to all that knew her.
Cindy is preceded in death by parents, Richard E. and Mary Ann (Mosher) Tallman, stepdaughter Valerie and her beloved dogs.
Cindy is survived by her husband of 30+ years John Tanner, brother Richard (Audra) Tallman, stepchildren Branon (Missy), Elizabeth, and Donald (Caitlynn), 11 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and many friends.
Cindy was born and raised in Minneapolis, MN. After high school Cindy studied nursing and worked in her field until she retired. Cindy lived in Mora, MN most of her adult life, until she moved to Eagle Point, OR to be closer to her brother in 2016.
Cindy will be greatly missed by all those that loved her.
