Preceded by her husband Richard King Wilson, father Elque Lucky Starnes, mother Elizabeth (Tillman), sister Beverly Starnes.

A special thank you to Marilyn and Arnold Szopinski for opening up there home to care for Betty in the last 15 months of her life. You showed Betty love and kindness.
