Elizabeth Y. Uithoven, known to many in her family as "Libba", age 92, of Coldwater, Mississippi was born October 17, 1931 in Memphis the daughter of the late Clifford D. and Johnnie Holland - Young. She entered into eternal rest March 31, 2024 at her current residence in Coldwater, Mississippi. Ms. Uithoven loved cooking, being outdoors, gardening, crocheting and was an avid reader. Ms.Uithoven is preceded in death by her husband, Henry, who passed away in 2002 and a brother Don Young. She is survived by a son Paul Uithoven of the family home along with three grandchildren; Jason, Dustin, and Abby. Also surviving are four great-grandchildren; Selina, Dustin Jr., Kalyse, and Alec. Elizabeth loved her son, grandchildren, and great grandchildren and all of her family. She was a member of Arkabutla Baptist Church.
