A visitation service for Hazeltean will be held Friday, May 13, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at M. J. Edwards Whitehaven Chapel, 5494 Elvis Presley Blvd., Memphis, TN. A funeral service will occur Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Lakeview Community Temple, 4999 Elvis Presley Blvd., Memphis, TN. A burial will occur Monday, May 16, 2022 at 10:00 AM at New Park Cemetery South, 3900 Sewanee Rd., Memphis, TN.
