Christine Verderber was born July 3rd, 1969 in Abilene, Texas. She passed away on May 2nd, 2018 in Merced, California. She is preceded in death by her father, Edward G. Verderber, sister Connie Verderber, and nephew Damien.
She is survived by her son, Dylan M. Victor and mother Constance Verderber of Merced, California. She is also survived by her siblings Ed, David, Gerard, Doreen, Coleen, Ann-Marie, their spouses, and many nieces and nephews.
Christine was a beautiful bright light. She attended Merced High School (class of 1987) and Merced College. She loved traveling the California Coast and trekking the mountains of Yosemite National Park. You would never catch her without her cowboy’s jacket and peace sign accessories. She loved to collect crystals and anything with a pig on it. Her son Dylan was her life, pride, and joy. She is loved and missed.
A Rosary and Mass will be held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Merced beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, May 18, 2018. All arrangements are held under the direction of Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home.
