B. David Krigelman, 79, of Melbourne, FL passed away Sunday, October 21, 2018. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Dave graduated from Drexel Institute with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and served honorably in the United States Army. A 25 year resident of King of Prussia, PA, Dave moved to Ormond, FL in 1989 before settling in Melbourne.
Dave loved his work. He was a General Electric and Lockheed Martin program manager, proposal manager, and systems engineer with 34 years’ experience in the aerospace and defense business. After retirement, Dave started his own consulting firm Krigelman and Associates, Inc. Dave was sought out for his expertise and enjoyed collaborating with others on projects.
In addition to working, Dave loved traveling with his wife. One of their favorite places to visit was Hawaii, where he and his wife were married on the day Hawaii became a state on August 21, 1959. They would pack their RV and travel all over the United States, enjoying our National Parks. Dave was a lifelong fan of all Philadelphia sports teams.
Over their 61 years together, Dave and his wife shared many wonderful memories and raised five children. He is survived by his wife, Theresa Krigelman; sons: Steven (wife, Christine), Robert (wife, Carla), Richard (wife, Maria); daughters: Diane and Barbara (fiancé, Bobby Grisson); 10 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
