Marvin Sham, 90, of Merritt Island, FL passed away on Sunday, November 25, 2018. Born in Newark, New Jersey, Marvin moved to Merritt Island 45 years ago. He served honorably in the United States Navy and retired as a Lieutenant Commander.
Marvin enjoyed many hobbies; boating, fishing, cooking and gardening.
He loved his dog, Angel. Marvin was preceded in death by his son, Matthew. He is survived by his wife, Artis; children: Paul, Michael, Kelly, Tracey Grimaldi, and Tammy Kerns, as well as their spouses; sister, Joan Grimaldi (Benjamin); 14 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Wylie-Baxley Funeral Home on Thursday, November 29, 2018 from 1-2PM with service at 2PM. He will also have services in Pennsylvania where he will be laid to rest.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the local hospice.
Marvin will be missed by all who knew and loved him, he walked the talk.
