I have happy memories of Terry and his family. We went to a one room(Colvin ) school together. K-6 His mother Ada Mae tried to teach us to cook as our 4H leader. She was a kind and very fun lady. The Lolmaughs were a very nice family in our small community North of Buchanan.

I was working at Trafford Realty when Terry came as our office manager. What wonderful addition Terry was to our working family. Terry was not only a great boss but took the time to ask us about how our families were doing . I will pray for Pat and their family and want them to know how much we all loved Terry. He was truly a wonderful kind person. God Bless.

My father, Al Trafford, would have been proud of Terry for carrying on the family tradition at Trafford Realty. To lose both Terry and vice-president Roy Berry in such a short time is heartbreaking.

Terry and Pat are such great people! They are “salt of the earth” folks who make us proud to know them. Terry will be missed. May he Rest In Peace; and may Pat find peace in treasuring memories of their life together and all the good times.

Terrt was my best friend for over 70 years. I will always treasure the memories we shared over our lifetimes. We laughed, cried, played and worked together our whole lives. Over the 70 years of our friendship, we never had an argument or disagreement. I will miss him terribly but will never forget him. Rest in peace my friend, I will always love you.

I was shocked and saddened to hear today of Terry's passing. I had the pleasure of knowing
and working with Terry as realtor for Trafford for 5 enjoyable years from 2011 to 2016.
Terry, thanks again for the tickets to the Arnold Palmer Invitational back in 2014 or 2015.
It was a very memorable experience for both myself and my wife. To Terrys family, we will
keep you in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time and beyond.
