David is survived by his only son, Jesse Walden of Louisville, KY, and his and siblings Daniel Kosisky (Nancy) of Mesa, AZ, Darlene Saalwachter (Jack) of Seneca, SC, Dennis Kosisky of Jacksonville, AR, Debra Forrest (Wayne) of Queenstown, MD, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents Daniel and Deloris Kosisky of Mesa, AZ.
David was born on February 24, 1959, in Washington, DC to Daniel and Deloris Kosisky. He grew up in what he considered to be the best neighborhood for a kid to grow up in, ‘Maryland City’ in Laurel, Maryland. David graduated from Arundel High School in 1977 and later attended AACC for a Business degree. After moving to Arizona, David started his own vending company Thirst Things First, and enjoyed being a long-term successful entrepreneur. He loved being his own boss and fulfilling his very ambitious goal of financial success.
David had many different skills and talents and was great at all of them. He was a guitar player and singer in a band he and his friends started as teenagers in Laurel, MD, and continued playing guitar, singing, and performing after he moved to Arizona. David loved his fun time and had a very adventurous spirit. He enjoyed his houseboat on Saguaro Lake in AZ, riding his ATV’s in the desert, skiing, sky-diving, and most of all entertaining a crowd big or small with his guitar, songs, and always-exciting stories.
A small service is planned for close relatives and friends in Arizona which David described as "no place he would rather be". Date and location to be determined. The family would like to thank all those who have reached out to give their condolences.
