He was born in Paw Paw, Michigan on April 2, 1948. Donald graduated from Hartford High. He was married to Josephine Conklin on August 6, 1976 in Baldwin Park, California. Donald worked in Aerospace as a Machinist for over 40 years. He had a strong passion for woodworking, camping, fishing, cooking. He also was a proud veteran, who loved his family and country.
He was a sweet, kind, and gentle soul with an incredible sense of humor. He always had a quirky name for everything, such as El Cheapo for Home Depot, Walfart, Jack in the crack, and roast beast.
He is survived by Josephine Conklin, Jeanie Wolfe (daughter), Steven Wolfe (Son-in-law), Brandon, Tyler, and Samantha(grandchildren), Kimberly McCarty (Niece).
He is deeply loved and will be sorely missed.
During this time of grief, we wish all of the loved ones of Donald peace and comfort on behalf of the entire staff at Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park and Funeral Care.
