John Elbert Taylor, 87, passed away at Texas Presbyterian Hospital Plano on April 2, 2021. John was born in Dallas, Texas on March 24, 1934 to Homer Lankford Taylor and Lucile Frances Cleary. He was the youngest of three children. John grew up in Dallas and graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in 1952. He continued to work well after he had closed the doors to his office, working from home. He was preceded in death by his brother Homer L. Taylor, Jr., sister Norma Jean Anderson, son James E. Taylor., former wife Patricia Francis Stone, former wife Gail Marie Bohanon and latter wife Rosalie (Dolly) Emily Szeszol. He is survived by his son John E. Taylor, Jr. and wife Bo Wang with grandsons Tyler and Cooper from their mother Cindy S. Heisler; son Brad L. Taylor and wife Anja Taylor, grandson Blake and granddaughter Corrina from their mother Cynthia Taylor; his daughter Jill E. Taylor Norris and husband Warren Norris with grandsons Josh, Nathan and Wesley; and granddaughter Nica from James E. Taylor and Elisa Castillo Taylor.
