Virginia Elizabeth Brinegar, 80, of Miamisburg, went to be with the Lord Thursday, February 15, 2018.

She was born July 7, 1937 in Greenville, South Carolina. Virginia was a self-proclaimed wedding planner. She enjoyed creating wedding cakes and floral arrangements. Her hobbies included photography and taking care of her yard, especially her flower gardens. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family.

Virginia is survived by her loving husband of nearly 60 years, Lester Brinegar; children, Glenda (Rick) Vice, Mac (Donna) Brinegar, and Robin (Fadi) Abimosleh; grandchildren, Tiffany Flannery (Tad Creamer), Brooke (Richard) Smith, Erin Brinegar, Douglas (Courtney) Carpenter, Daniel and Simon Abimosleh; great grandchildren, Brontè Flannery, Bogartt Creamer, Carter and Blaire Carpenter, Landon and Andrew Smith, and Elias Michael; sister, Ruby Ross of Easley, SC; as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest A. and Lola Mae (Turner) Buckner; her grandson, Luke Brinegar; brother, Ernest Buckner Jr.; and her sisters, Evelyn Moore and Earline Buckner.

Funeral services will be held at 1 PM on Monday, February 19, 2018 at GEBHART-SCHMIDT-PARRAMORE Funeral Home, Miamisburg with Rick L. Vice officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Heritage Hills Memory Gardens, Springboro.
