Geraldine “Jerri” Kitchens

Geraldine “Jerri” Kitchens, age 74, of Midland passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2019. Jerri was born December 8, 1944 in Hinton, Oklahoma to Harry and Velma Lanier Kluver. She married Dale Kitchens on June 7, 1963 in Weatherford, Oklahoma. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, best Gammy, and maybe the sweetest person you ever knew! She is survived by her daughters, Michelle Acton and husband John of Midland, Texas and Kim Tupman and husband Jon of Kingwood, Texas; grandchildren, Brandon Williamson and wife Hailey, Whitney Williamson, Lauren Tupman, Braeden Tupman, and Bryce Tupman; great-grandchildren, Millie Dale and Connor Kate Williamson; sisters, LaVeda Gregory of Shamrock, Texas and Carlene Campbell of Thousand Oaks, California; sisters-in-law, Jo Tryon of Weatherford, Oklahoma and Pam Hartzell of Weatherford, Oklahoma; and numerous nieces and nephews. Jerri is preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Velma Kluver; and her husband, Dale Kitchens. Services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday, January 21, 2019 at Ellis Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Glenn Pipes officiating. Burial will follow at 11 a.m. at Resthaven Memorial Park.
